This is the ad which most Singaporeans thought that Burger King is promoting oral sex. I read in the newspaper that they want Burger King to be punished for this irresponsible ad, some saying that the ad is very embarrasing. Burger King though, has removed this ad in their stores.
I actually don't see anything wrong with the ad. When I saw this ad, I was lured to order and buy this instead of the bacon mushroom melt that I'm supposed to be buying. The idea of promoting oral sex didn't come to my mind. I ordered this because it's bigger compared to bacon mushroom melt.
Yes, this ad could be promoting oral sex but it depends on the person who will be interpreting this ad. It is not right to punish Burger King, they just want to promote their 7-incher burger.
It is obvious in the ad that they are promoting the burger and not anything else. Let's just enjoy eating burger and avoid thinking of anything else.
