Last week, I heard Korina mentioned to Ted in their radio show in DZMM about having a new department in our government, the department of resignation.
As what Korina said, this department will handle application of Filipinos who want to give up their Filipino citizenship or simply resign as being a Filipino.
With all the problems we have in our country, with all the anomalies going on in our government, are we still proud to be a Filipino? How many Filipinos will go to this department and will resign as Filipino?
Interesting?!? But I'm not going to do it. I won't give up my citizenship. It's true that we have been experiencing the same problems for so many years, but i still hope that someday, we can get through it. Solutions will not come right away but if we will work together, we will make it and we will succeed. Plus, there are still many things that I am proud of of being a Filipino. (hehehe)
